With a new Medical Record System comes a new Patient Portal!

Patients will automatically receive a PIN # after they leave their appointment or at the time of scheduling a new appointment. If you do not have an appointment coming up soon and you would like to access your portal, you can call the office to get a PIN # over the phone.
